Complaint Handling Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This policy explains how users can complain about Spark, paid features, platform decisions, user content, safety concerns, reports, appeals or suspected unlawful activity.
1. Report illegal content or rule breaches
Use the Report Content form for specific profiles, ads, photos, messages, links or other content that may be illegal or against Spark's rules. This is the preferred route because it saves a structured report for review.
2. General complaints
Send complaints to support@probierensie.hu. Include your account email, the profile or content involved, a short description of the issue, screenshots if useful and what result you request.
3. What can be reported
- Fake, misleading, unlawful or discriminatory job ads or profiles.
- Harassment, threats, exploitation, fraud, spam, suspicious links or unsafe behaviour.
- Billing, Premium, cancellation, refund or invoice problems.
- Account access, data protection or deletion requests.
- Moderation decisions, content removals or account restrictions.
- Repeated unfounded reports or misuse of reporting tools.
4. What a good content report includes
- The profile ID, URL or exact place where the content appears.
- The report category, such as discrimination, scam, illegal work or privacy issue.
- A clear explanation of why the content is illegal, unsafe or against Spark's rules.
- Evidence such as screenshots, messages, links or dates where useful.
- Your email address and a good-faith confirmation.
5. Response time
Spark aims to confirm receipt promptly and answer written consumer complaints within 30 days unless a shorter mandatory deadline applies. Urgent safety, fraud or illegal-content reports may be prioritised.
6. Moderation appeals
If Spark removes content, restricts visibility, suspends an account or takes another moderation action, the affected user may ask for a review. The request should explain why the decision was wrong and include supporting information. Appeals should be submitted within six months of the decision notice where possible.
7. Outcome
Spark may take no action, request edits, remove content, restrict visibility, suspend an account, restore content, correct a billing issue, issue a refund where required or take another proportionate step. If Spark takes a moderation action, it should give the affected user the main reason and available appeal route unless doing so would create a safety, security or legal risk.
8. Consumer redress
Consumers may contact the competent consumer protection authority, a competent Hungarian conciliation body or the European Consumer Centre for cross-border EU consumer issues. The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025.
